Some issues when trying to make a payment are almost as common as when the monitor is not working due to a disconnected plug. Here are some things you can check:

- Are you on a poor internet connection? Sometimes you need to be a little patient and try again.
- Is your card supported? If not, we suggest you try using PayPal (if available) to make your payment.
